SHIPPING
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please ensure your contact details are accurate, as we will communicate any order-related updates or issues to this email or phone number.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within two days, please contact us. Also, check your spam folder. After your order, we will confirm separately that all items you ordered are available. If any item is missing or unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the amount or cancel the order.
Delivery times vary by destination country. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on regular business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, and we will inform you accordingly.
DELIVERIES TO FINLAND
- Shipping = Free shipping, delivery time approximately 3-7 business days.
- Delivery with tracking either directly to your post box (if the package fits; note: you will not receive a notification), or to the nearest pickup point (you will receive a notification; also check how long the package will be available for pickup).
- You can track your package with a tracking code (also available on Posti’s parcel tracking).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at hello@miniroo.fi.
orders to foreign countries
Other EU countries: Shipping rates starting from 19 EUR (€), 5-7 days.
Non-EU Countries: Inquire separately about shipping to non-EU countries to hello@miniroo.fi to confirm if delivery is possible.
Please note that local import duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more information.
