product return

Miniroo is designed and manufactured with care and love. We hope you like the products you buy as much as we do.

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return at the price received on the day of receipt. The customer has the right to exchange or return the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in salable condition, i.e. unused and unwashed. Product tags and packaging must be in the same condition as when purchased, i.e. when the order arrives. In the return and exchange process, the customer has a duty of care after receipt, until the product has been handed back to the seller or the seller’s carrier.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

1) Before returning, write an email to us at hello@miniroo.fi what you want to return. The return is at your own expense and we need an email about this before the return.

2) In addition to email, you must come and print a return notice, which you put in the return package with the product.

You can return the products within 14 days of delivery. When you return, the package must contain RETURN.

The product is like new and the protective plastic packaging is free of defects. We hope that you pack the products in the original packaging, but it is your responsibility to properly pack the products. The return is made at your own expense.

If the package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the handling fee.

If the product is broken, dirty or otherwise received (and you have not notified us), we will consider whether to return the entire purchase amount to you on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address. We do not collect packages from collection points.

If the product has been returned taking care of all the above mentioned quidelines, i.e. within the deadline, the product is like new and the protective plastic packaging is error-free, i.e. sellable, we will refund the purchase amount when the product has arrived to us.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your product for another design, return the unwanted products and place a new order. An exchangeable product as we require the same returnable product, i.e. they must be in the original packaging and in salable condition, i.e. unused and unwashed. Product labels and packaging must be in the same condition as when purchased.

complaint

Complaints must be made in writing way as soon as the customer has noticed a possible error. Complaints are subject to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (January 20, 1978/38).

The prerequisite for a complaint is that it is justified and that the defect in the product has not caused incorrect use of the product or other harmful use. The right to make a complaint does not therefore cover errors caused by improper use, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.

If you want to advertise, contact us at hello@miniroo.fi as soon as you notice an error. In the message, you must write a precise description of the product’s defect and provide proof, in other words, a precise picture of this and the defect. If the complaint is accepted, we will pay the return costs.

cancellations

Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled with a written notification by e-mail. A product that has already been sent can no longer be canceled, but we process it as a return.

After you have notified us of the cancellation, the amount of your order will be refunded as soon as possible, for at least 14 days.

PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP

Not picking up the package is not a cancellation/return. If the package is returned to us without having been picked up from the post office, we will charge the customer. Canceling and returning a package always requires contacting us before returning it.
