Miniroo is an online store specializing in baby products.

By using the Miniroo online store at www.miniroo.fi and purchasing products, the customer automatically accepts the following terms and agrees to abide by them (including privacy policies).

By using the Miniroo online store at www.miniroo.fi, you automatically accept the following terms:

1. Payment

Payment for Miniroo orders is processed via the Woocommerce Payment service. In our online store, you can pay using the following methods:

• VISA
• Mastercard
• Mobile Pay
• Online banking

All prices at www.miniroo.fi are in euros and include 24% VAT.

Payment service provider and payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. For complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

2. Delivery

Orders from Miniroo are dispatched on weekdays within 24 hours. The delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days. Note that delivery times may be extended due to delays from suppliers.

We deliver orders using the following shipping companies:

• Posti or equivalent national logistics service.

If there are delays from the supplier, Miniroo cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.

3. Shipping Costs

Delivery time is approximately 3-7 days. Delivery with tracking is either directly to your mailbox (if the package fits; note: you will not receive a notification, so please monitor your mailbox) or to the nearest pick-up point (you will receive a notification).

We offer free standard delivery within Finland (delivery time 3-7 business days)*. Shipping costs to other EU countries start from 19 euros.

Upon specific inquiry at hellominiroo.fi, we will check the possibility of shipping to countries outside the EU and determine shipping costs thereafter.

4. Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy

4.1 Exchange and Return Policy

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the date of receipt in accordance with consumer protection legislation. You have the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition, i.e., unused and unwashed. Product tags and packaging must be in the same condition as when purchased.

Before returning, please contact us at hello@miniroo.fi stating what you wish to return and complete a return notification, which you print and include in the return package. You can return products within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new condition with flawless plastic packaging. We recommend packaging the products in their original packaging, but the proper packaging of the products is your responsibility. Returns are made at your own expense.

When returning, mark the package with “RETURN” and complete the return notification. If the package is unclaimed, the handling fee remains the customer’s responsibility. If the product is broken, dirty, or otherwise damaged (and this was not notified to us), we will consider whether to refund you the full purchase amount on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the package must be sent directly to our address. We do not pick up packages from pick-up points.

If the product is returned in compliance with all the above conditions, i.e., within the specified period, in new condition, and with flawless plastic packaging, we will refund the purchase amount upon receipt.

4.2 Product Exchange

If you want to exchange your product for a different design, return the unwanted products and place a new order. Exchangeable products must meet the same criteria as returnable products: they must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition, i.e., unused and unwashed. Product tags and packaging must be in the same condition as when purchased.

4.3 Cancellations

Before the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by written notice via email. Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be handled as a return.

Once you have notified us of cancellation, the amount of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, within a minimum of 14 days.

4.4 Complaints

Complaints must be made in writing immediately upon noticing any possible defects. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (20.1.1978/38).

For a complaint to be valid, it must be substantiated, and the defect in the product must not be due to incorrect use or other harmful practices. Therefore, complaint rights do not cover defects resulting from improper use, insufficient maintenance, or normal wear and tear. If you wish to make a complaint, contact us at hello@miniroo.fi as soon as you notice the defect. Your message should include a detailed description and evidence of the defect in the product. If the complaint is accepted, we will cover the return costs.

5. Discontinued Products and Possible Price and Printing Errors

We reserve the right to pricing errors, printing errors, and discontinued products. Naturally, we will always contact you in the aforementioned cases.

We strive to describe each product’s color clearly. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer, phone, or any other digital device’s display will accurately represent the color.

6. Personal Data

To enter into a contract with Miniroo’s online store as a customer, we require the following information: name, address, phone number, and email address.

We collect and process the necessary personal data to fulfill your order and deliver the product to you.

Personal data is registered with Miniroo and stored for five years, after which it will be deleted.

When collecting personal data through our online store, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we register your email address. We do not disclose your email address to others.

We use the information to identify you as a user, register your purchases and payments, and provide the services you request, such as sending newsletters. Additionally, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

7. Cookies

Cookies are used on the website www.miniroo.fi to optimize the website and its functionality. This helps make your visit to the online store as easy as possible for you as a customer.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, but this depends on your browser.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Miniroo online store and the commerce related to baby products are governed by Finnish laws.

Any disputes between Miniroo and the customer must be resolved amicably.

If an amicable solution to any disputes is not possible, the dispute shall be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
